* Elimine los minutos innecesarios del comienzo (La fiesta, la trama ahora es fluida). 

* Se quitaron las bromas sin sentido (la escena de los pedos, etc).

* Algunas reacciones de los personajes fueron cortadas (no siempre los protagonistas deben ser violentos). 

* Se quitaron algunos errores de continuidad visibles.

* Se cambio el final, elimine el típico cliché de "mátala, así te salvaras", ahora el destino de la chica es misterioso.

* Nonsense jokes (the fart scene, etc) were removed.

* Sinopsis: Alex Wright es un joven que se encuentra investigando los extraños acontecimientos que se vio en la primer película. Un día recibe un misterioso vídeo de alguien llamado "DeathAwaits666". En ella puede ver como Sean Rogerson sigue vivo, pero continúa atrapado en el hospital psiquiátrico Collingwood. Ahora, deberán ser más listos e inteligentes que lo que fueron Rogerson y sus amigos, deberán hacer lo posible por conseguir respuestas y salir del hospital.

* Synopsis: Alex Wright is a young man who is investigating the strange events that were seen in the first film. One day he receives a mysterious video from someone named "DeathAwaits666". In it you can see how Sean Rogerson is still alive, but remains trapped in the Collingwood mental hospital. Now, they must be smarter and smarter than Rogerson and his friends were, they must do what they can to get answers and get out of the hospital.
